Janine Rhoads, the CEO of Level 6 Engineering, recently left her role in a Fortune 100 Company to focus on the success of this Indiana-based, woman-owned small enterprise. This company was founded largely to help transition technologies in partnership with Purdue University, and allowed Janine to provide support and leadership “on the side” of her daily work. As we continue to expand existing programs, and collaborate with key partners, we see a clear path to growing our company’s footprint – which will happen even faster with Janine’s daily focus. Congratulations on this big move, Janine!
Our team is starting the day #Energized after spending time with Vice President Harris and SBA Administrator Guzman yesterday afternoon. It’s all about the leapfrog into the next stages of #Growth... here we go!!

The Publication is Live!
The publication on our work with Corteva Agriscience is officially live in Science Direct’s Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, Volume 333! We are so proud of this innovative sensor work, in partnership with both new and familiar faces on the Corteva (formerly Dow) team. Looking forward to more collaboration in the future!
Celebrating Progress in Our Community
Safety, sustainability, and effectiveness are foundational to all we do at Level 6 Engineering — and we are excited to see what this new program at @PUEnergetics develop for years to come! Congrats to all involved.
Thank You To Our Supporters
We have been actively working on some really large proposals recently, and we are so thankful to have great partners and collaborators at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and Purdue Research Foundation (PRF). The support from these teams is invaluable as we expand our impact in this state. We appreciate you!
